Custom Bag Printing and Embroidery: Artwork and Sample Approval
Prepare logos for custom bags with a clear artwork brief, print placement, fabric checks and sample approval steps before a UAE bulk order.

Begin with the actual bag construction
The right branding method depends on the bag, not only the logo. A flat canvas tote panel, a gathered satin pouch and a structured sports bag offer different working areas. Choose the product reference first and identify the exact panel that should carry the branding. State whether the bag will be plain, printed, embroidered or supplied with a separate label.
Ask which methods are feasible for the offered fabric, lining and assembly. Do not assume that every catalogue image can receive every kind of decoration. A pocket, seam or insulated panel may limit access or usable artwork size. The quotation should confirm the proposed process instead of leaving the choice implicit.
Send artwork that can be reviewed accurately
Provide the original logo file where available, together with a reference image showing how it should look. State the intended width and height, colours, number of print positions and whether front and back designs differ. If Arabic and English text are included, check spelling, direction and layout before approval. Identify any fonts that must be retained or converted appropriately in the final artwork.
A low-resolution screenshot may be useful as a visual reference but may not be adequate production artwork. Ask whether redraw or file preparation is required and whether it changes the cost or approval schedule. Specify the desired colour reference, while recognising that the fabric colour and decoration process can affect the result.
Review the proof and the physical sample differently
A digital proof is useful for checking wording, placement and approximate scale. A physical sample can help assess texture, stitching, colour and how the design behaves when the bag is filled or closed. These are different checks, so confirm which approvals are included. Keep the approved artwork version attached to the relevant product SKU.
For drawstring pouches, look at the branding with the top gathered. For totes, check the relationship to handles and seams. For thermal or sports concepts, confirm the final construction before treating a visual mockup as production-ready. Any requested performance characteristics must be assessed separately from the appearance of the logo.
Control changes before a bulk order
Nominate one person to approve the final design and record the version, dimensions and colour allocation. A later change to wording, bag colour or print size can affect work already agreed, so ask for a revised confirmation rather than assuming it is interchangeable. Send the quantity breakdown and UAE delivery destination with the approval brief. Confirm setup charges, sample arrangements and the agreed receiving date before proceeding, especially when the bags form part of a scheduled event or coordinated gift set.
