Useful files
Vector artwork is useful for logos because resizing avoids the pixelation of a small screenshot. Send the original PDF, SVG, EPS or available source. For raster images, supply the highest-resolution original and print size. Changing an extension does not improve quality. Ask whether preparation is needed and retain the original so artwork adjustments can be reviewed against it.
Dimensions and colour
Specify width, height, bag side and distance from seams or opening. State whether one or both sides need branding. Include a physical or recognised brand colour reference where matching matters. Screen previews vary by device and are not exact colour standards. Check fabric and logo together because the background can affect the appearance of a printed design.
Readability on fabric
Small lettering and fine lines behave differently on smooth cloth, textured canvas and embroidered panels. Seams and pockets reduce available area. Review simplifications before approval. Check spelling and bilingual text internally and confirm reproduction permission. Keep obsolete files clearly identified. A logo that reads well at full screen size may need adjustment when reproduced at the intended physical dimensions.
Enquiry and approval
Send SKU or page link, quantity by colour, method if known, receipt deadline and UAE city. Explain whether a preview, swatch or complete sample is needed. Preparation, digitising, samples and timing require quotation. Keep approval and production adjustments in one dated record. For repeated orders, refer to this version and confirm whether any material or colour change affects the established design.
If there are several departments or sponsors, provide a separate named file and quantity for each version. Confirm logo ordering and relative sizes before sampling. This makes approval easier to follow and reduces ambiguity when similar designs are quoted together.
