How to Request a Bag Order
How to Request a Bag Order
Choose a catalogue design and send an enquiry for your specification and quantity. Images identify a proposal; availability and commercial terms are confirmed individually for the order.
Discuss your bag requirement
Choose a design
Include the individual page link or SKU. Explain retail, gifting, exhibition, guest-amenity or laundry use. Give quantities per design and colour. Describe required changes to size, closure, handles and lining explicitly. References can clarify appearance but should include measurements where fit matters. Identify which features are essential and where an alternative can be considered to meet the project budget.
Branding and delivery
Send original artwork, logo size and positions. State whether a method is essential or advice is needed. Include city, address, receiving contact and receipt deadline. For venues or multiple destinations, explain access and carton allocation early. Distinguish the required receipt date from the event itself, allowing your own team time for checking, packing or distribution after the goods arrive.
Quotation review
Check specification, quantities, prices, tax treatment, preparation, samples and freight where stated. Query omissions. Minimum quantities, availability, payment terms and timing are order-specific. A photograph or initial message is not a reservation of stock. Keep the accepted quotation available to people approving the design and receiving goods so everyone works from the same confirmed product and quantity record.
Approve and retain
Confirm artwork and any agreed sample before production. Keep the specification and delivery details together. Changes after approval need updated cost and timing confirmation. Check received goods against the reference and raise discrepancies with photographs and order details. For repeats, use the SKU and specification while confirming availability and any proposed material substitution before the new order is accepted.
Nominate a receiving contact and share the final quantity list with that person. This supports a clear handover and helps separate a delivery allocation question from an issue with the product specification or branding.
